Leads are classified and sent to you in one of three ways: “Sales”, “Other”, or “Service”. Only “Sales” leads are considered qualified are billable. Definitions of lead types are as follows: “Sales” (billable) = Someone we’ve chatted with and that we have been able to qualify their name and contact information (phone number and/or email address), confirmed their interest in a product/service you provide, and screened that they are within your geographic service area. “Other” (non-billable) = Someone who’s outside of your geographic area, someone looking for a service your company doesn’t provide, someone looking for a job, etc. “Service” (non-billable) = An existing customer of yours – they may be trying to reschedule an appointment, etc. You may request a refund for any sales lead you believe is not qualified by simply forwarding it to support@insperanto.com (within 48 hours) stating your reason why so we can incorporate your feedback moving forward.
