TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction
The Insperanto Network serves as a platform for the intellectual property (IP) industry, facilitating connections among inventors, owners, investors, IP/legal attorneys, and service providers (“Insperanto Network”). By utilizing the Insperanto Network, you are bound by these terms of service (“Terms”), designed to foster a favorable experience for all participants in the IP sector.

Definitions

  1. Member/s: Refers collectively to all users of the Insperanto Network, also addressed as “you” or “your” in the second person.
  2. Insperanto: Denotes Insperanto LTD, registered under Company # 12172027, located at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, UK, also referred to as “we” or “our”. Insperanto is the proprietor of the Insperanto Network.
  3. Parties: Represents all Members and Insperanto collectively.

 

General Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms: Upon registering for an account on the Insperanto Network, you consent to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other regulations or guidelines displayed on the Insperanto Network.
  2. Modification of Terms: These Terms may be update at any time, and the changes will take effect immediately when posted. Continued use of the Insperanto Network after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights: All content on the Insperanto Network, such as text, graphics, logos, images, business model, workflows, and software, belongs to Insperanto or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, intellectual property and other laws. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without Insperanto’s prior written consent.

 

Account Registration

  1. Profile Completion Guidelines: Ensure that your Insperanto Network account profile contains accurate, current, and non-misleading information. You allow us to enhance and edit your profile exclusively to help you standout better, only with information you provide us or that is available publicly on your website, including your corporate logos, images, copy, and bio.
  2. Account Security: You are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account usage.
  3. Compliance: You are solely responsible for adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing your entity’s industry, jurisdiction, and regulatory organizations.
  4. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all Members, refraining from disclosing private and confidential information without prior consent. Avoid disclosing details that may infringe upon intellectual property rights.
  5. Prohibited Activities: Engaging in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities on the Insperanto Network is strictly forbidden. This encompasses fraudulent activities, plagiarism, spamming, discrimination, and hacking.
  6. Termination: We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the Insperanto Network or its Members.

 

Limitation of Liability

  1. No Guarantees and Assumption of Risks: Your decision to use the Insperanto Network is solely at your own risk. We do not guarantee the quality or availability of the Insperanto Network. While we take steps to protect your information, you must understand and accept the inherent risks associated with its use. These risks may include data loss, compromise, breach, or hacking. It’s important to acknowledge that Insperanto is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, loss, or disruptions on the Insperanto Network, including issues related to your data. Additionally, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by Members based on the information provided on the platform.
  2. Exclusion of Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Insperanto Network, your interaction with Members, or any services you may agree to purchase or render to Members, both within or outside the Insperanto Network.

 

Privacy Policy

  1. Information Collection: Personal information provided by you when using the Insperanto Network, such as your name and email address, is collected by us.
  2. Use of Information: The collected information is utilized to operate and enhance the Insperanto Network, personalize user experiences, communicate with users, and fulfill requests or transactions.
  3. Data Security: Industry-standard security measures are employed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
  4. Private Profile Data Sharing: Information shared on your Private Profile will not be disseminated to Members or third parties without your consent, except as mandated by law or to deliver services on the Insperanto Network.
  5. Public Profile Data Sharing: Information shared on your Public Profile may be shared with other Members and other third parties without your consent.
  6. Third-Party Links: The Insperanto Network may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not accountable for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.
  7. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon notification through the Insperanto Network or email.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Negotiation: Disputes among Members and/or the Parties will initially be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If direct negotiations fail, the matter will be resolved by one arbitrator following the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
