CRM & lead generation manager

We are looking to hire a fulltime CRM & Lead Generation Manager specialized in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and customizing the Salesforce CRM for our sales team
  • Training sales team on the Salesforce CRM
  • Generating leads and entering them into Salesforce
  • Setting up and creating CRM sales reports from Salesforce
  • Ensure the Salesforce CRM provides an effective sales funnel
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns from Salesforce
  • Suggest new methods to address sales team CRM needs

 

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge in setting up and customizing Salesforce for the company, and working with 3rd party SalesForce plugins.
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Preferred candidate should have familiarity with generating leads in Intellectual Property, Legal and/or the Language Facilitation Services sector
  • You are analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.
  • You are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.

 

Can work remotely, or via one of our offices in Israel, Germany or the UK.

With a strong background in handling European patent applications, validations, international and foreign applications, and Italian patent applications, she has gained valuable experience in the field.
